NODEM EXPO
The exhibition space will be arranged at Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów. The EXPO showcases the latest, cutting-edge products, exhibitions and services for museums, galleries and heritage sites. The exhibition will be open throughout the duration of the conference.
NODEM 2014 would like to invite designers, curators, exhibitors and companies to showcase their products and services designed for galleries, heritage sites and museums in the form of demos, poster presentations, and exhibits.
The exhibition space is free of charge. Participation in the EXPO will only be charged with the conference fee.
FOR COMMERCIAL DEMONSTRATORS
Commercial Demonstrations will be provided a stand at the NODEM EXPO and is strictly aimed at commercial developers. The submission to the NODEM EXPO must be sent to expo@nodem.org and should include:
- company name
- presenters
- short description of product or company services (abstract)
- required space
Your application will undergo a review process carried out by the Program Committee, and the information provided will be posted on the website and in the conference online and printed program, as well as in the NODEM Digital Repository, http://repo.nodem.org
Accepted Commercial Demonstrators will be asked to submit logo of their organization, bio(s) and portrait of presenter(s) (recommended). Instructions of how to do this will be provided later.
FOR NON-COMMERCIAL DEMONSTRATORS & POSTERS
Non-commercial demonstrations and posters will be presented at Special Sessions in connection to the NODEM EXPO. Please refer to the Submission guidelines and Speaker guidelines sections.
EQUIPMENT AND LOGISTICS
We will provide commercial demonstrators and poster presenters the following:
- electricity
- fast wi-fi in the whole area
- technical support for carrying things and electrical/IT issues
- tables (different types and shapes – 1,2 x 05 m and 1,5 x 1,5 m)
- sound equipment – only one place with microphone and speakers
- chairs
