Required:
- Abstract of 300 words which will go through a double-blind review process carried out by the Program Committee. The work should not have been published elsewhere and should not be intended to be published elsewhere during the review period.
- Abstracts must be submitted for review to Easy Chair at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nodem2014warsaw before May 21, 2014
- Authors will be notified of their status on June 22, 2014.
- Accepted authors must re-submit a Final Abstract to Easy Chair by July 15th, with all the changes indicated by reviewers. They will also be asked to submit their bios, portraits (recommended) and representative picture of paper. Instructions of how to do this will be provided later.
- Accepted abstracts must be accompanied by a full paper of a maximum 4000 words including abstract, keywords and references.
- Accepted authors must submit the full paper to Easy Chair at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nodem2014warsaw before September 1st, 2014. Notification of selected full papers will be sent by October 1st, 2014.
- A Final Paper containing all the changes indicated by reviewers must be re-submitted to Easy Chair by October 15th, 2014.
- Oral presentations of accepted abstracts at the conference must be 20 minutes in length plus 10 minutes discussion.
- The author(s) of the paper will need to register for the conference to have a confirmed timetabled slot and present the work at the NODEM 2014 Conference. In case of multiple authors, at least one author must attend the Conference to have an oral presentation of their paper.
Accepted abstracts and papers will be added to the NODEM Digital Repository, http://repo.nodem.org, and selected papers will be published in the Proceedings after receiving the authors’ authorization for publishing.

E // Commercial Demonstration
The Commercial Demonstration will be provided with a stand at the NODEM EXPO and is strictly aimed at commercial developers.
Submission must be sent to expo@nodem.org and should include:
- company name
- presenter’s name
- short description of product or company services (abstract)
- space required
EXPO Submissions deadline: August 31, 2014.
Notification of demonstration proposal acceptance: October 10, 2014.
After undergoing a review process carried out by the Program Committee, the information provided will be posted on the website and in the conference, online and on the printed program, as well as in the NODEM Digital Repository, http://repo.nodem.org
Accepted Commercial Demonstrators will be asked to submit logo of their organization, bio(s) and portrait of presenter(s) (recommended). Instructions of how to do this will be provided later.
