Speaker guidelines

1. FINAL SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
All speakers and poster authors are requested to re-submit a final version of the abstract to Easy Chair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nodem2014warsaw (select the “Update information”) by July 15th (due to numerous requests, the deadline for the final version of abstracts has been extended) with all the changes indicated by reviewers.

Final version of the abstract (max 300 words).

The final submission will be published in the conference materials and in our NODEM Digital Repository, so it is important that all necessary changes will be made at this stage. Proofread and double-check your paper before submission.

2. BIO & IMAGE
All speakers and poster authors must submit their bio and image. The details and form are available in this section: http://nodem.org/nodem-2014-author/

3. REGISTRATION
After the re-submitted abstracts have been approved by our program committee a notification will be sent out to the authors. In order to participate at the conference, speakers and presenters must register for the conference before September 1, 2014. Go to registration section.

If there are multiple authors, at least one of the authors must register.

4. PAPERS & PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS
All authors are invited to submit a paper: research paper or project description. Selected papers will be published in the digital proceedings from the conference. In addition, all papers will be published in our Digital Repository. Proofread and double-check your paper before submission.

Research paper: max 4000 words (including references)
Project description: max 2000 words (including references)

Papers must follow the style guidelines and be submitted in Microsoft Word .docx format to Easy Chair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nodem2014warsaw (select the “Upload a new version”) by September 1st.

Name file with “Paper”, your surname, the suffix “-number of your submission”, and file-type extension, e.g. PaperGottlieb-155.docx

5. POSTERS

Poster authors must send the poster to nodem@nodem.org.

Name file with “Poster”, your surname, the suffix “-number of your submission”, and file-type extension, e.g. PosterGottlieb-155.pdf
Format: pdf
Size: 5 MB

6. LICENSE TO PUBLISH
Paper authors must download “Licence to publish”, undersign and send with their final submission to nodem@nodem.org. Please name the file “License”, your surname, the suffix “-number of your submission”, and file-type extension, e.g. LicenseGottlieb-155.docx.
